Job Description CA - Accounts & Taxation Position CA Accounts & GST Compliance Department Accounts & Finance Location: Jodhpur Experience: 2-5 Years (Preferred) Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) / CA Inter Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial compliance Proficiency in Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CA / CA Inter professional to manage GST compliance, accounting operations, taxation, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities. The candidate will ensure statutory compliance, maintain accurate financial records, and support the finance team in day-to-day accounting functions.\ Key Responsibilities: GST & Taxation Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, etc.) GST reconciliation with books of accounts and vendor/customer data Handling GST notices, assessments, and departmental queries Monitoring input tax credit (ITC) and ensuring compliance TDS calculation, deduction, reconciliation, and return filing Knowledge of direct and indirect tax compliance Accounting & Finance Managing day-to-day accounting entries and ledger scrutiny Bank reconciliation and account reconciliations Preparation of MIS reports and financial statements Accounts payable and receivable management Month-end and year-end closing activities Coordination with auditors for statutory and internal audits Compliance & Documentation Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations Maintaining proper documentation and financial records Assisting in process improvements and internal controls Required Skills Strong understanding of GST laws and accounting principles Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Preferred Skills Experience in manufacturing/trading/service industry Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Tally Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting) Salary As per industry standards and candidate experience
