Creative Director Hyderabad | Full-time | On-site About the role: You will own all creative work at the agency. Every campaign, brand, and piece of content across every client account meets your standards. You will lead the creative team, present work to clients, and build systems that keep quality high as we grow. You will work directly with the founders. This is a senior role. You must have done this before, inside an agency. What you'll do: Lead creative across all client accounts: brand campaigns, social content, performance ads, video, and identity work Manage and mentor the creative team: designers, copywriters, editors, and motion designers Turn client briefs into clear creative strategy Present and defend work in client meetings, from founders to CMOs Review all work before it ship
