Role Overview

We are looking for candidates skilled in outbound calling for information sharing and digital marketing support work. This role is ideal for candidates looking to start or grow their career in Business Development & Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain call and work-related records accurately
• Coordinate with the Business Development team and complete assigned tasks on time
• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs.
• Dial outbound and attend inbound calls of customer and leads.
• Use internal tools and methods to provide best possible service to the customer.
• Negotiate with leads on behalf of customer.
• Keep customer up-to date on the progress of his account.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.

Qualification 

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Relevant 1 year experience Female preferred
• Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi & English 
• Interest in Business Developement and sales
• Willingness to learn and work on-site
