Location: Colorado Springs, COSalary: $85,000-$105,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.Join a Growing Firm and Make an ImpactWe are seeking an energetic, driven, and relationship-focused Director of Selection to lead recruiting efforts for our growing financial services firm. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruiting professional who enjoys connecting with people, building talent pipelines, and helping shape the future of an organization.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.Identify, attract, and engage top talent through networking, referrals, social media, and recruiting platforms.Conduct interviews and candidate assessments.Partner with leadership to evaluate candidates and make hiring recommendations.Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.Represent the firm at networking, recruiting, and community events.Develop creative recruiting strategies that support firm growth.Track recruiting activity and continually improve recruiting processes and candidate experience.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.3-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience required.Proven success sourcing, engaging, and hiring quality candidates.Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.Experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, applicant tracking systems, and other recruiting tools.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and excited to contribute to a growing organization.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary of $85,000-$105,000, dependent on experience.Performance-based bonus program tied to recruiting and hiring results.Benefits package.Professional development and career growth opportunities. xzbcwsv Why Join Us?You'll have the opportunity to make a direct impact on our firm's growth while building meaningful relationships, influencing hiring decisions, and helping attract the talent that drives our future success.
