Quantitative Analyst

To support a growing tech-driven platform, the full-time Quantitative Analyst will bridge the analyst and tech teams by integrating financial modeling capabilities and ensuring accurate implementation of research outputs, while working remotely on a global scale during standard Central European Time (CET) hours. Key responsibilities Act as a liaison between research, product, and engineering teams to facilitate the research-to-production lifecycle Collaborate with the tech team to translate complex financial models into actionable technical requirements for platform integration Manage the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely milestones and effective communication across teams Required qualifications Minimum MSc, PhD preferred, in a data-intensive science (Physics, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related discipline) Exposure to financial modeling through professional work, academic study, or personal projects Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis techniques Proficiency in Python, Bash, basic JavaScript, Excel, DuckDB, and Git for version control Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional and remote teams in a fast-paced startup environment
