Role Description

The Architecture 3D Visualiser role is a remote, contract position responsible for producing high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations for architectural projects. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting architectural drawings and concepts, building detailed 3D models, applying materials and lighting, and creating realistic renders and walkthroughs. The role involves close collaboration with architects, designers, and project stakeholders to refine visuals based on feedback and project requirements. The Architecture 3D Visualiser may also assist in preparing presentation materials, optimizing render workflows, and maintaining a consistent visual style across projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., D5, 3ds Max, SketchUp).
• Demonstrated ability to interpret architectural plans, elevations, and sections and translate them into accurate 3D visualizations.
• Skills in lighting, materials, textures, and composition to produce realistic or stylized architectural imagery and animations.
• Experience creating visual assets for client presentations, marketing materials, and design reviews.
• Solid understanding of architectural design principles, spatial planning, and basic construction concepts.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines for multiple projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to respond constructively to feedback and iterate quickly.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant 3D visualization work for architectural or interior projects.
• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Visualization, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

• The project is a small multistorey residential project ao you cam expect around 10 -15k for this work and can be negotiated during discussion.
