Antitrust Litigation AssociateWashington, D.C. | 2nd–6th Year AssociateAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Antitrust Litigation Associate to join a highly regarded antitrust practice in Washington, D.C.This is an opportunity to work alongside market-leading partners on some of the most significant antitrust investigations and litigation matters in the US, advising major corporations across a broad range of industries.The RoleYou will advise clients on a wide variety of contentious antitrust matters, including:FTC and DOJ investigationsSecond Requests and Civil Investigative Demands (CIDs)Merger investigations and HSR-related mattersPrivate antitrust litigation and class actionsCivil litigation involving complex competition issuesStrategic antitrust counselling in connection with investigations and disputesYou will work closely with partners and clients on sophisticated, high-profile matters, with early responsibility and direct client exposure.Candidate RequirementsJ.D. from an accredited law school.Admitted, or eligible for admission, to the District of Columbia Bar.2nd–6th year associate with experience in antitrust litigation.Experience advising on FTC and DOJ investigations, Second Requests, CIDs and/or private antitrust litigation.Excellent drafting, analytical and advocacy skills.Strong academic credentials.What's on OfferMarket-leading compensation and benefits.Exposure to high-profile antitrust investigations and litigation.Direct access to leading practitioners in the field.Excellent training, mentorship and career progression.A collaborative and high-performing team. xzbcwsv
