Role Summary

The Internal Audit Department is responsible for overseeing the company’s internal audit program. This position is for an experienced internal audit team member:

• A committed professional
• With strong technical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proactive and effective in planning and executing internal audits

Job Requirements

Education

CA, MBA, CIA, CISA is preferred

Relevant Experience

• 8+ years’ internal audit experience
• Audit firm work experience
• Experience in the residential real estate, residential credit, and corporate credit industry is a plus
• Exposure to the US Real Estate industry and US legal requirements is a plus

6. Industry or sector experience
7. Collaboration- Foster strong working relationships with stakeholders

Key Result Areas

1. Identify risks and improve internal controls. Recommend and implement changes to strengthen audit processes and internal controls
2. Timely completion of all Internal Audits with high-quality deliverables
3. Communicate audit results and recommendations to key business stakeholders
4. Timely follow up with the respective process owners for closure of non-conformance areas
