WCMS is looking for a Customer Support & B2B Coordination Executive to support our growing business network. The role involves communicating with B2B clients and leads, following up on enquiries, coordinating meetings and maintaining professional client relationships.

• Handle enquiries from businesses, clients and partners.
• Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and email .
• Understand basic client requirements and coordinate with the appropriate WCMS team.
• Schedule and coordinate online and offline meetings .
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
• Coordinate with B2B partners and business associates.
• Share company profiles, presentations and relevant information.
• Maintain lead and client records using Excel/CRM .
• Ensure timely and professional communication with prospects.

• Fresh graduates only – 0–1 year experience.
• Good spoken and written English .
• Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over phone.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email and WhatsApp .
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong follow-up and coordination ability.
