Key responsibilities Provide strategic guidance on growth, positioning, partnerships, and long-term vision for Healthcare Shares Advise on healthcare market trends, startup evaluation, and social impact strategy Contribute leadership insight across areas such as clinical care, digital health, and healthcare operations Required qualifications Significant experience in healthcare, venture capital, or related fields Preferred senior leadership, board, or advisory experience Strong professional network within healthcare and investment ecosystems Ability to provide strategic and mission-aligned guidance Commitment of approximately 2-4 hours per month for board participation
