We’re Hiring | HRMS Functional Consultant / HRMS Configuration Analyst
We are looking for an HRMS professional with hands-on experience in HRMS/HCM configuration and support to join our team.

Role Summary
The role involves working closely with HR and IT teams to configure HR processes, maintain system accuracy, and provide ongoing operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- HRMS / HCM configuration and maintenance
- Core HR data setup (Employees, Jobs, Grades, Positions, Business Units)
- Workflow, approval, and security role configuration
- SIT / UAT testing support and issue resolution
- Data loads, data validation, and basic integrations
- Functional and configuration documentation
- Post go-live and production support
Required Skills & Experience
- HRMS / HCM configuration experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data structures
- Workflow and security configuration
- HRMS implementation or enhancement support
- Good communication and documentation skills
