Our client is hiring a Real Estate Investment Analyst to support acquisitions, underwriting, portfolio strategy, and investment decision-making across a growing portfolio.The priority is someone who has been trained as a real estate analyst and brings strong underwriting and financial modeling skills. Senior housing experience is preferred, but not required. Candidates may come from multifamily, healthcare real estate, industrial, office, investment sales, real estate private equity, or real estate debt and capital markets.
What You’ll DoBuild and maintain acquisition and underwriting modelsEvaluate investments and prepare return analysesAnalyze market data, comps, operating performance, and assumptionsSupport acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and capital projectsAssist with due diligence and transaction executionPrepare investment materials for leadership and capital partnersMonitor portfolio performance against underwriting and business plansUse AI and other technology tools to improve research and analysis
What We’re Looking For1 to 4 years of professional experience in a real estate analyst roleStrong real estate underwriting and financial modeling skillsAdvanced Excel skillsSenior housing experience preferred, but not requiredStrong analytical judgment and attention to detailAbility to communicate investment conclusions clearlyEntrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in a lean environmentBachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field
