Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Senior Specialist, Financial Navigating to guide patients through the financial aspects of their care. In this role, you will educate patients on insurance coverage, estimates, and payment options, helping them understand and manage medical costs. You will review benefits and eligibility, identify charity/assistance and payment plans, and coordinate with clinical, billing, and revenue cycle teams to resolve financial barriers to care. Using technology and analytics tools, you’ll monitor accounts, reduce bad debt, and support a positive, patient-centered financial experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
