Job Overview
- Role: SAP ABAP Developer / Consultant
- Experience: 5 to 7 years
- Location: Hybrid ( Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Pune )
Key Responsibilities
- Development: Build custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows (RICEF) using core and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- S/4HANA & CDS: Create and optimize Core Data Services (CDS) views, use the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), and support HANA migrations.
- Integrations: Manage data flows via IDocs, BAPIs, RFCs, and OData/SAP Gateway services.
- Forms & Enhancements: Design Adobe Forms, SmartForms, and implement BAdIs or user exits.
Quality & Support: Write technical specifications, perform unit and integration testing, and debug performance bottlenecks using SQL Trace and Runtime Analysis.
Core Tech: 5+ years of hands-on ABAP and OO-ABAP programming experience.
Modern ABAP: Exposure to ABAP on HANA, CDS views, and OData/Fiori/UI5 integration.
Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of core modules like SD, MM, FI, or CO.
