Remote Telemedicine NP Advanced Practice

ChenMed is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) I for CareLine, delivering diagnostic care through virtual visits and phone consultations. You will be the after-hours dispositional authority, assessing, diagnosing, treating, and documenting health data while coordinating with PCPs and specialists.

This role requires BSN, NP certification, multi-state licensure, and at least 3 years of acute/primary care experience, with telemedicine proficiency and strong clinical judgment.
