We’re looking for an experienced Creative Director to lead creative vision, storytelling, and integrated brand campaigns at Crescent. You are a Creative Director who combines powerful storytelling with strategic thinking. With 14years of experience, you have built brands through ideas that are creatively compelling and commercially effective. You understand that every word shapes perception and every campaign should create measurable business impact. You inspire teams, elevate creative standards, and build an environment where ideas thrive. You collaborate seamlessly with Art, Strategy, Client Servicing, Digital, and Production teams to deliver integrated brand experiences.You embrace new technologies, including AI, as tools to enhance creativity while ensuring that originality, insight, and craft remain at the heart of every idea. Job Description: Creative Leadership ● Define and drive the creative vision across brands and integrated campaigns. ● Lead concept development across TVCs, digital films, social campaigns, brand platforms, andintegrated communication. ● Ensure all creative work aligns with brand strategy, business objectives, and the highest standards of creative excellence. ● Drive the creation of award-worthy work that strengthens Crescent's creative reputation and industry recognition. ● Champion innovation by exploring new storytelling formats, emerging technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows. Team Leadership ● Lead, mentor, and inspire Copywriters and cross-functional creative teams. ● Foster a collaborative, high-performing culture built on learning, ownership, and creative excellence. ● Provide regular feedback, coaching, and guidance to develop future creative leaders. Client & Business Leadership ● Build trusted client relationships and lead key creative presentations. ● Lead creative presentations, strategic workshops, and new business pitches. ● Partner with Client Servicing and Business Development teams to win new business and grow existing accounts. ● Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to agency revenue. ● Deliver creative solutions that strengthen brands and generate measurable business impact. Operational Excellence ● Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative work while balancing quality, timelines, and business priorities. ● Collaborate closely with Strategy, Client Servicing, Production, Digital, and Art teams to deliver integrated solutions. ● Maintain consistency and quality across all stages of creative development and execution. AI & Innovation ● Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and creative technologies. ● Integrate AI into ideation, research, scripting, and content workflows to improve efficiency and creative exploration. ● Promote responsible AI adoption while preserving originality, strategic thinking, and creative craft.
