Job Title: Tele Sales Executive

Job Description

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce the company’s website and services.
• Encourage users to register on the portal and increase active user numbers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure successful registration and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets (call volume, user acquisition, customer feedback).
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts and maintain clear communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in Tamil with working knowledge of English.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or calling tools.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
