Senior Financial Controller

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to lead financial governance, controllership, reporting, compliance, and business finance processes across large-scale operations. The ideal candidate should have worked with reputed conglomerates in sectors such as Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, Real Estate, or diversified business groups and possess a strong understanding of project-driven and asset-intensive businesses. Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) Additional certifications such as CFA or CMA are an added advantage Desired Candidate Profile CA with 12-18 years of post-qualification experience. Proven experience in large conglomerates, EPC, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, Energy, Ports, Logistics, Metals & Mining, or Real Estate sectors. Strong exposure to financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting, treasury, controllership, and compliance. Experience managing large-scale projects, asset-heavy businesses, or multi-location operations. Sound knowledge of Ind AS, IFRS, Companies Act, taxation, and audit practices. Advanced proficiency in SAP/ERP systems, financial modeling, and MIS reporting. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Monthly dashboards for focusing on overall book hygiene Ensuring Review of Financial Statements Site co-ordinations and Process alignment Ensure adherence to yearly audit planning Ensure Board Presentation and Audit Committee meetings Regulatory compliance of Related party transactions Ensuring end to end migration of newly acquired entity / process Acting as technical advisory to FCs / CFOs Financial Due Diligence of target entity (Financial analysis part) Ensure adherence to Internal Controls processes alignment Validation of compliances i.e. XBRL / DPT 3 etc. Coordinate understanding business issues, planning cash flow, budgeting & MIS, and training Recommend best practices to ensure project timelines, governance & compliance, and promote the company's financial well-being Execute strategic key initiatives for overall project Validation of Group Guidelines End to end co-ordination for annual reports Omnibus approvals and limit maintenance for related party transactions Ensure CAPEX monitoring and capitalisations review on timely basis Preferred Experienced Financial Controllers from large conglomerates, infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, EPC, ports, logistics, real estate, metals, mining, or diversified business groups to connect at or mail at
