RN Administrative Supervisor

Essentia Health is seeking an RN Administrative Supervisor to provide after-hours leadership and operational oversight across our facilities. In this role, you’ll coordinate patient flow, support clinical teams, and ensure safe, high-quality care. You will make staffing decisions, respond to clinical escalations, and act as the on-site administrative leader, collaborating with physicians and departments. The supervisor promotes a culture of compassion, accountability, and teamwork, mentors staff, and upholds regulatory and organizational standards while supporting continuous improvement and excellent patient experience.
