Role – Insurance Coverage AttorneyHandle complex first-party, third-party and reinsurance coverage disputesWork across commercial property, business interruption, builder’s risk, catastrophic loss and liability coverageAdvise on policy interpretation and coverage strategy while handling declaratory judgment litigation and arbitrationsExposure to significant matters involving multimillion and multi-billion-dollar insurance claims
