• Conduct one-on-one virtual career counseling sessions with IT professionals and international candidates.
• Assess candidates' skills, experience, career goals, and market readiness.
• Develop personalized career development and job search strategies.
• Review, edit, and optimize ATS-friendly resumes.
• Enhance LinkedIn profiles to improve recruiter visibility and branding.
• Conduct HR, behavioral, and mock interview sessions with constructive feedback.
• Guide candidates on interview preparation, salary discussions, and employer expectations.
• Educate candidates on current U.S. hiring trends, recruitment practices, and job market insights.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Profile Marketing, and Sales teams to maximize candidate success.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, candidate progress, and follow-ups.

• Requirements :
• 1–3 years of experience in Career Counseling, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, Career Development, or U.S. Staffing.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment tools, and Experience working with IT professionals or international candidates.
• Comfortable working in a US shift
