Operational Leadership

• Lead and manage all aspects of operations within the assigned area, including order fulfilment, delivery logistics, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.

Team Management

• Build and lead a high-performing operations team, including Area Supervisors, Delivery Drivers, Site Managers, and Site Heads.
• Set clear performance goals, provide regular coaching and guidance, and ensure team members are aligned with company objectives.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Continuously monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational performance.

Vendor & Partner Management

• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and delivery partners to maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and partners, as required.

Quality Assurance

• Implement quality control measures to ensure the delivery of high-quality food products and services.
• Identify and address quality or service-related issues promptly and effectively.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
• Implement and enforce appropriate safety protocols across operational and delivery activities.

Customer Satisfaction

• Monitor customer feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
