Job Description:Insight Global is seeking a Tier 1 Support Specialist for a top healthcare and life sciences client. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career technical professional looking to get their foot in the door and develop hands-on IT experience. The candidate will receive extensive training across Tier 1 support, computer imaging and repair, data tracking, and kiosk-related work while cross-training on responsibilities currently owned by an experienced team member. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and motivated to learn. This is a contract opportunity with potential for future conversion; however, an FTE position is not guaranteed.
Compensation:$16/hr to $19/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
