About the Role

We're looking for a serious, data-driven, and highly accountable Paid Media Buyer who can independently manage and scale D2 C brands across Meta and Google Ads.

This is not an execution-only role. We expect ownership, commercial thinking, and the ability to make decisions backed by data not assumptions.

If you need constant follow-ups, struggle with accountability, or rely on guesswork over analysis, this role isn't for you.

Key Responsibilities

* Own end-to-end performance across Meta & Google Ads.

* Scale accounts profitably while improving ROAS, CAC, CPA and overall business performance.

* Build, optimize and maintain high-performing campaign structures.

* Analyze performance daily and make data-backed optimization decisions.

* Work closely with the Creative Team by providing actionable performance insights.

* Lead client performance discussions with confidence and clarity.

* Drive continuous testing across creatives, audiences, offers and landing pages.

* Maintain tracking accuracy, attribution and account hygiene.

What We're Looking For

* 5+ years of hands-on experience managing both Meta & Google Ads.

* Proven success scaling D2 C/E-commerce brands.

* Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Shopify, GTM, Meta Pixel and Conversion API.

* Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

* High ownership, accountability and commercial thinking.

* Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced agency environment.
