Back Site Manager (Fort Payne, AL) Engineering Fort Payne , Alabama Direct Hire 1785180432103 Jul 27, 2026 Position Title: Site Manager Location: Fort Payne, AL Employment: Direct Hire Clearance Requirements: None Shift: 1st Shift Mon - Fri Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experience Position Description: Join a leading facility management team as a Site Manager overseeing operations at a premier site in Fort Payne, Alabama. This critical role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to meet client expectations and organizational goals. You will supervise subcontractors employees, foster strong client relationships, and drive initiatives to enhance facility reliability and safety. The position offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, leverage advanced maintenance software, and contribute to a safe and efficient working environment. Occasional travel may be required. Key Responsibilities: Manage facility maintenance schedules using CMMS systems to ensure timely completion of tasks. Supervise subcontractors and vendors, ensuring quality standards are met. Develop and maintain positive client relationships, offering recommendations to improve operations and service quality. Lead safety initiatives by adhering to and promoting health and safety policies. Evaluate facilities, assets, and processes for compliance with standards and make recommendations for improvements. Collaborate with corporate project teams on proposals, scope of work, and project execution. Follow up on punch list items, providing feedback to the project team. Conduct performance reviews of subcontractors and vendors regularly.
