Driving growth across the Lottery business, the full-time Revenue Operations Specialist will manage relationships with key partners, develop strategic plans, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure successful project launches in a remote work environment. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for Lottery partners, fostering strong relationships and aligning teams around business opportunities Develop strategic plans that integrate customer needs, state-level considerations, and performance insights into executable work Lead cross-functional planning from inception to launch, establishing timelines, owners, and decision criteria Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in revenue operations, growth, strategy, business development, or a related field; experience in lottery, gaming, or financial technology is advantageous Strong financial and quantitative modeling skills, including opportunity sizing and cost analysis Proven ability to convert ambiguous business opportunities into structured plans and initiatives Experience in performance measurement and translating findings into actionable recommendations Familiarity with BI tools, spreadsheet modeling, and presentation software
