Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Mumbai.

The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media creatives, web graphics, ad banners, and marketing collaterals that align with client brand strategies. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and content teams, developing brand identities, designing logos and visual systems, and ensuring consistent use of typography and design standards across all materials.

The role involves translating briefs into engaging visual concepts, preparing design files for digital and print use, and iterating based on feedback and performance data.

The Graphic Designer will contribute to creative brainstorming, maintain brand guidelines, and support ongoing optimization of visual communication for client campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling digital assets.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography and layout principles for clear and consistent visual communication.
• Advanced knowledge of industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
• Portfolio demonstrating digital marketing creatives, social media designs, and brand-focused projects.
• Ability to interpret briefs, work cross-functionally with marketing and content teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling skills, and openness to feedback and iteration.
