Graphic Designer <p> We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Bangalore, India . </p> <p> The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and experienced in designing high-quality digital and print materials. The role will mainly focus on branding and promotional materials for conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, websites, and social media campaigns. Up to AED 2,000 per month, depending on experience and portfolio. Role Description </p> <p> This is a full-time, office-based position , working from Monday to Friday . </p> <p> The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, social media, content, website, and events teams to create professional and consistent designs across multiple event brands. Key Responsibilities </p> Create event logos, brand identities, colour palettes, and visual guidelines. Design brochures, sponsorship proposals, event agendas, presentations, and reports. Create social media designs, including speaker announcements, sponsor posts, partner posts, countdowns, and promotional campaigns. Design website banners, email campaign graphics, digital advertisements, and landing-page visuals. Prepare onsite event materials, including backdrops, roll-ups, stage screens, signage, certificates, badges, and sponsor walls. Resize and adapt approved designs for different digital and print formats. Prepare accurate and print-ready artwork for production. Ensure all designs follow the approved event branding and colour themes. Review artwork carefully to ensure names, dates, logos, spelling, and event information are correct. Manage multiple design tasks and deliver them within the required timelines. Maintain organised design files, templates, logos, and event folders. Support urgent design requirements before and during events. Assist with post-event reports, event highlights, and promotional materials for future editions. Qualifications Proven experience working as a Graphic Designer. Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and In Design. Good understanding of typography, colour, composition, and layout. Experience designing for both digital and print platforms. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines. Good communication and teamwork skills. Previous experience in conferences, exhibitions, events, advertising, or media is preferred. Basic knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, or AI design tools would be an advantage. A strong and updated design portfolio is required.
