Manager-Food & Beverages Fitness Cafe Franchise Onboarding – Pure Nutrition (Mumbai)

Pure Nutrition is looking for a Brand-Building Marketing Leader with a proven track record of scaling consumer wellness brands—preferably from top nutraceutical, ayurveda, health supplement, or FMCG competitors.

If you have built brands from scratch or scaled them aggressively using ROI-driven marketing, both online (D2 C, marketplaces, performance marketing) and retail (ATL/BTL/trade marketing), this role is for you.

We're seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our food & beverages cafe franchise team. You'll oversee the seamless integration of new franchisees, ensuring they have the tools, training, and support to launch and grow their cafes successfully.

Key Responsibilities- Franchisee Onboarding: Develop and execute onboarding programs for new franchisees, covering operations, marketing, and brand standards.

- Training & Support: Design and deliver training sessions on cafe operations, menu management, customer service, and financial management.

- Process Optimization: Streamline onboarding processes to reduce time-to-open and improve franchisee satisfaction.

- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support and addressing concerns.

- Compliance: Ensure franchisees adhere to brand standards, health & safety regulations, and operational guidelines.

- Feedback & Improvement: Gather feedback from franchisees to refine onboarding processes and improve overall experience.

Requirements- Experience: 3-5 years in franchise onboarding, hospitality, or food service management.

- Skills: Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills.

- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.

- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food & beverages industry and franchise models preferred.
