We're Looking For:

We're seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) – Project Sales who has a proven track record in the Building Materials industry.

The ideal candidate should have:

Strong experience in Project Sales

Excellent network with Architects (Mandatory)

Good connections with Builders, Developers & Fabricators

Experience in specification selling and business development

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Target-driven approach with a passion for winning new projects

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through Project Sales

Develop and maintain relationships with Architects, Builders, Developers & Fabricators

Drive product specifications with architects and consultants

Track projects from specification to order closure

Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in the assigned territory
