Company: Tektora, supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT providerTektora are supporting a leading Defence and National Security IT provider who are looking to speak with DV Cleared 3rd Line Storage Support Engineers for a contract opportunity on a high level government account.This role would suit someone with a backup and storage support background who is comfortable with event monitoring, triage and escalation in a secure environment and is looking to develop further across lifecycle management and disaster recovery.The RoleYou will be involved in:Maintaining and supporting the backup and storage solution to allow high availability of data in the event of loss or disaster recoveryConducting daily checks of the solutionMonitoring Event Management tooling, with triage and escalation critical to the roleAssisting a high profile user community with daily contact with customers and stakeholdersWorking through the IT Service Management toolsetProducing documentation and maintaining the product's lifecycle managementWorking alongside an established team of 2nd and 3rd Line engineersTravelling to other customer sites as requiredKey Experience RequiredUK Sole National with active DV ClearanceDell EMC storage solutions including Avamar and Data DomainEvent Management tooling, for example SCOMWindows Server and Active DirectoryWilling to work a shift pattern and travel to customer sitesMicrosoft PKIITSM tooling and processesPrior delivery within a secure or Defence environmentInterested?Tektora are looking to speak with DV Cleared 3rd Line Storage Support Engineers who are open to contract opportunities and keen to develop further across secure storage and infrastructure support. #J-18808-Ljbffr
