We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International & Domestic Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to domestic and international customer enquiries
• Connect with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable programes / Retreats
• Follow up with leads consistently and drive conversions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Manage the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure
• Negotiate and address customer queries to support the conversion process
• Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer relationship management, or a related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Confident in handling domestic and international clients
• Good follow-up and lead conversion skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital communication tools
• Experience in wellness, hospitality, travel, luxury, or service-based industries will be an added advantage

Location: (Pune / Hybrid )

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary : 30K - 35K In hand per month

Markets: Domestic & International
