We are looking for seasoned Senior Graphic Designer who shares the same passion of creating impactful brands basis elevated designs that enable brands to create a distinct identity in the market and scale strong.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>Creative Leadership - Provide visionary leadership to the creative team, aligning their efforts with company goals and brand values.</li><li>Conceptualization - Develop innovative and impactful creative concepts for advertising, branding, product packaging, and marketing campaigns.</li><li>Campaign Direction - Oversee the end-to-end creative process, ensuring high-quality and on-brand deliverables from ideation to production and delivery.</li><li>Team Management - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative graphic designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.</li><li>Brand Development - Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistent visual and messaging standards across all creative assets.</li><li>Efficiency Management - Manage creative projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation to achieve creative goals within deadlines.</li><li>Trend and Market Analysis - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and creative storytelling.</li><li>Quality Control - Ensure the highest quality standards for all creative deliverables, providing feedback and revisions as necessary.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Pre-requisites:</p><ul><li>7+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer within a leading branding or creative agency.</li><li>Demonstrated experience creating brands in the <b>lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, fashion, beauty, premium real estate, or consumer lifestyle</b> categories.</li><li>A refined design sensibility with a strong understanding of global visual aesthetics, contemporary design trends, and luxury brand language.</li><li>Proven expertise in developing visual identity systems, including logos, typography, colour palettes, packaging, print collateral, digital experiences, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate strategic insights into compelling and distinctive brand expressions.</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail, craftsmanship, and a passion for creating timeless, high-quality design.</li><li>Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and a strong understanding of production processes across print and digital.</li><li>An outstanding portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, originality, and beautifully executed work across premium brands.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale confidently.</li><li>A curious mindset that stays ahead of global design trends, emerging technologies, and evolving cultural influences.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Qualifications:</p><ul><li>Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Advertising, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 7-8 years of experience in creative leadership roles, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>Location: Onsite - Pune.</p><p><br /></p><p>How to Apply: </p><p>If this role resonates with you, pls share your profile along with a creative portfolio at: </p><p><br /></p><p>Only profiles with creative folio will be considered.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?WDWaVE%2bhnsaI9OtIrcbZagZ%2bdrM9ZMVwf" width="0" height="0" />
