Sales Representative Commission-Based – Design Agency (Web, UI/UX, 3D & Branding)

We're a full-service design agency offering web design & development, UI/UX design, social media content, 3D rendering, and animation. We're looking for motivated, well-connected because connection is key, sales representatives to help us bring in new clients with uncapped earning potential.

How it works:

This is a commission-only role. There's no base salary. For every client you bring in who signs on for a project, you earn a percentage of that deal's value. The more you close, the more you earn - there's no ceiling.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (businesses, startups, agencies) who need design, web, or branding work
• Pitch our services and explain how we can help their brand
• Bring qualified leads to our team for proposals and closing, or close deals yourself if you're able to
• Maintain relationships with clients you bring in for potential repeat business

Who we're looking for:

• Strong communicator with a knack for networking and outreach
• Self-motivated - you set your own hours and hustle at your own pace
• Some understanding of design/web/marketing services is a plus (you don't need to be a designer, just be able to speak to what we offer)
• Existing network of business contacts is a huge plus, but not required

Compensation:

• Percentage commission on the value of every deal you close or bring in
• Paid out once the client payment is received
