About the Role

Happiest Minds is looking for a seasoned technology leader to head our GenAI & Agentic AI Practice focused on either Azure AI or AWS AI . This leadership role will be responsible for practice growth, capability building, pre-sales, strategic partnerships, and successful delivery of enterprise AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership

• Define and drive the AI practice vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy.
• Own practice growth, revenue, profitability, capability development, and customer success.
• Build AI offerings, accelerators, and reusable solutions.

Technology Leadership

Azure AI

• Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure AI Services
• Microsoft Fabric, Copilot Studio, M365 Copilot
• Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Microsoft Agent Framework, LangGraph, CrewAI

AWS AI

• Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, Amazon Q, OpenSearch
• AWS Data & Analytics Services
• LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Vector Databases
• LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen and Agentic AI frameworks

Team & Capability Building

• Build and mentor a high-performing team of AI Architects, Consultants, and Engineers.
• Drive certifications, learning programs, and innovation initiatives.
• Promote Responsible AI best practices across all engagements.

Pre-Sales & Solutioning

• Lead client discussions, workshops, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Support large deal pursuits, solution architecture, and pricing strategies.
• Develop industry-specific AI solutions and accelerators.

Partnership Management

• Manage strategic relationships with Microsoft or AWS.
• Drive co-sell opportunities, partner programs, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent Happiest Minds in industry events, conferences, and leadership forums.

Delivery Excellence

• Provide oversight for solution delivery, architecture governance, and risk management.
• Ensure high standards of quality, security, compliance, and Responsible AI adoption.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT experience, including leadership roles in Practice, CoE, or Technology organizations.
• Strong experience building and scaling AI, Cloud, or Digital Transformation practices.
• Deep expertise in either: Azure AI ecosystem (Mandatory) OR
• AWS AI ecosystem including Amazon Bedrock (Mandatory)
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI Agents, LLMs, Multi-Agent Frameworks, MLOps, and LLMOps.
• Experience in pre-sales, solutioning, large deal pursuits, and client engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

Preferred

• Experience working closely with Microsoft or AWS partner ecosystems.
• Strong consulting and business development background.
• Thought leadership through industry events, blogs, or whitepapers.
