The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Approximately 3 years of construction experience Experience managing submittals, RFIs, procurement tracking, and project documentation Strong organizational, technical, and communication skills Healthcare construction experience preferred Experience working for a General Contractor preferred What's on Offer Salary: $80K-$110K Career growth with an established General Contractor Exposure to a variety of construction projects Strong team-oriented environment Long-term opportunity within the Miami market
