Senior Business Development Executive - US IT Staffing Process

1. Should have some experience in contract staffing.

2. Should have managed relationships with CHRO or Vendor management teams.

3. Postgraduate degree in Business Management or equivalent.

4. Excellent communication skills.

Job Requirements:

1. Having a good Database & Rapport with Tier1 Vendors & clients.

2. Proven sales record, networking, and relationship-building skills

3. Build a strong and extensive client network and relationships

Key responsibilities of the Business Development Executive

1. Would be responsible for acquiring new clients for contract staffing.

2. The candidate must know end-to-end contract staffing process.

3. Should have knowledge of P&L, Costing, and Budgeting.

4. Would be responsible for building the lead pipeline and soliciting new leads to open new business opportunities.

5. Would be responsible for following up with each of the prospects/leads and developing more than 50% into a signed contract.

6. Would be actively participating in the process of setting up the New Client Acquisition process and net new sales process in the organization.

7. Managing the Customer Relationship and achieving excellence.

8. Should actively seek client feedback in regular intervals and share the same with the operations team to drive customer excellence.

9. Meeting the clients' SLA, NDA to maintain the ongoing healthy relationship and generating new requirements regularly.

10. Handling escalations, Account Mining, and preparing client dashboards.

11. Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands.
