Job Title: Senior Associate – F&B Operations Business Unit: RMZ Private Capital, F&B Vertical Location: Bangalore, India Role Overview The Senior Associate – F&B Operations is a part of core team responsible for operationalising every F&B venture RMZ enters. This role takes approved concepts from launch through to live, P&L-accountable, steady-state operation. The ideal candidate has run restaurants on the floor — managing the full operation day to day, not a single function. You own what happens on the ground: staffing, service standards, supplier management, compliance, inventory, and the daily controllables that determine whether a restaurant performs.
