Role Description The Reservations Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end reservations for ELO House properties in Chennai. This full-time hybrid role requires working primarily from the Chennai office, with some flexibility for work from home. Day-to-day activities include responding to reservation inquiries, confirming bookings, updating reservation systems, and coordinating with operations teams to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs. The role involves handling customer calls and messages, addressing questions about property features and availability, and providing clear, accurate information. The Reservations Executive also supports sales conversion by following up on leads, suggesting suitable properties, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction through timely, professional service.

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with guests and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Reservations and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage booking processes and ensure a positive guest experience.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and promote suitable property options.
• Candidates should have proficiency with reservation or CRM software, basic MS Office skills, and the ability to learn new digital tools quickly.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple reservations simultaneously.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, real estate, or a related customer-facing role is preferred.
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
• Comfort with working in a hybrid setup based in Chennai and flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.
