Coverage Needed

• Start Date: 11/01/2026
• Schedule: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
• Night Call, Weekday 24-hour Call: Emergency only

Clinical Details

• Work Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient, In-house Call
• Average inpatient census: 5-10 patients
• Approximately 20 outpatient visits per day, treating adult and geriatric patients
• New patient visits: 45-60 minutes for cancer, 15-30 minutes for benign hematology
• Follow-up visits: 15 or 30 minutes
• EMR: Epic
• Real-time charting/by end of shift, post-shift
• Phone response within 10 minutes and onsite response within 60 minutes
• Walk-ins/Urgent Care
• Onsite Support Staff: Oncology pharmacist available, RN, MA, and APP
• Must enter 80% of orders and be willing to see an average of 20 patients per day
• Must be comfortable with virtual visits
• Productivity Expectations: 65%

Requirements:

• Board Status: Board Certified
• License: Wisconsin license; willing to wait for state licensing
