Role Description Architects & Designers at SPACE INTERIORS INDIA collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop creative design concepts, detailed layouts, and construction drawings for interior and architectural projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, space planning, preparing 2 D/3 D design presentations, coordinating with vendors and contractors, and ensuring design execution aligns with approved plans and quality standards. The role also involves participation in project meetings, timelines monitoring, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close coordination with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of detailed drawings.
Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, coordination with contractors and vendors, and monitoring project progress.
Candidates should possess skills in Software Development and Integration only where relevant to design tools or BIM workflows, such as integrating design software or customizing workflows.
Candidates should have proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., Auto CAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar), along with basic knowledge of building codes and materials.
Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, and client-facing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, and prior experience in interior or architectural projects, is preferred.
