The OrganizationA high-growth consumer-focused organization is seeking a Senior Strategic Finance Analyst to join its expanding Finance team. Operating across multiple direct-to-consumer channels, the company leverages data, analytics, and customer insights to drive profitable growth and deliver best-in-class consumer experiences.This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys partnering with commercial teams, influencing business strategy, and turning complex data into actionable recommendations. You'll work closely with senior leadership to evaluate growth initiatives, optimize performance, and support critical business decisions across customer acquisition, retention, pricing, product performance, and overall profitability.
The Role• Partner with Finance and executive leadership to support strategic planning and key business initiatives• Analyze customer acquisition costs (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), retention metrics, and channel profitability• Develop financial models to evaluate growth opportunities, investments, and operational improvements• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes• Identify trends across customer, product, and marketing performance to drive business decisions• Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional activity, and margin optimization opportunities• Perform scenario analysis and present recommendations to senior stakeholders• Build reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into key financial and operational metrics• Partner with Marketing, Operations, and Commercial teams to assess performance and improve profitability• Support board presentations, executive reporting, and strategic business reviews
The Requirements• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field• 4+ years of experience in Strategic Finance, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Financial Analysis• Experience supporting a direct-to-consumer, eCommerce, consumer products, retail, subscription, or marketplace business strongly preferred• Strong understanding of growth metrics, customer economics, and revenue drivers• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills• Experience analyzing business performance and translating insights into strategic recommendations• Ability to work cross-functionally with both financial and non-financial stakeholders• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills• Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is beneficial
