Job Description
Key Responsibilities Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group counseling services using evidence-based therapeutic approaches. Conduct comprehensive client assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. Deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to clients of all ages, backgrounds, and gender identities. Build and maintain a strong client caseload through quality care and professional referrals. Collaborate with fellow clinicians to ensure continuity of care and positive client outcomes. Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, ethical standards, and HIPAA requirements. Participate in monthly team meetings and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment. Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and progress notes. Qualifications Active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of practice. Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills. Experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families is preferred. Interest or experience in relationship counseling, play therapy, trauma-informed care, or family therapy is a plus. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
