Export Logistics, Operations and Documentation Executive

We are looking for an Export Logistics, Operations & Documentation Executive to support the efficient execution of international shipments and ensure full compliance with export regulations and trade requirements. This role plays a key part in coordinating end-to-end export activities, ensuring accuracy of documentation, and maintaining alignment between commercial, logistics, and operational teams. Key responsibilities include: • Planning and coordinating export shipments across sea and air freight • Managing end-to-end logistics operations from origin to destination • Preparing and reviewing export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, and certificates of origin • Ensuring compliance with Indian export regulations, DGFT
