Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Pre-Primary Teacher role based at Delhi Public School Bishanpur in Darbhanga. The Pre-Primary Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that foster early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creativity. Daily responsibilities include designing and implementing classroom activities, maintaining a safe and positive learning environment, monitoring student progress, and providing regular feedback to families. The role also involves preparing learning materials, supporting co-curricular events, collaborating with other teachers and school staff, and participating in professional development. The teacher will be expected to model positive behavior, follow school policies, and contribute to the overall well-being and development of each child.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Teaching and Elementary Education, with experience working with pre-primary or early childhood learners. Ability to design and implement age-appropriate Curriculum Development and Education plans for young children. Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner. Relevant educational background such as a diploma or degree in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, or a related field. Patience, empathy, classroom management skills, and a child-centered approach to instruction. Ability to use basic educational technology and learning aids to support classroom activities. Willingness to participate in school events, training sessions, and collaborative planning meetings.
