We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who loves building things, experimenting with new ideas, and taking ownership. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a measurable impact on growth.

What You'll Do

Create engaging visual content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, website assets, presentations, and sales collateral. Design graphics, infographics, banners, advertisements, and promotional materials that align with the brand. Collaborate with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate concepts into impactful visual designs. Support product launches, campaigns, events, and go-to-market initiatives through creative assets. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Create visual content for blogs, case studies, whitepapers, videos, and thought leadership initiatives. Work on UI mockups, landing page visuals, and website design enhancements as needed. Stay updated with design trends, AI-powered creative tools, and emerging technologies.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a Saa S, technology, or product-based company. Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital marketing, social media, and creative design work. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and modern design tools such as Figma or Canva. Good understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and branding principles. Experience creating designs for digital platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns. Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or animation is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
