Graphic Designer cum Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in both static design and video content creation, capable of producing high-quality visuals and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, websites, and internal branding needs.

• Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing collateral (banners, posters, brochures, ads, etc.)
• Edit and produce short-form and long-form videos, including reels, ads, testimonials, and promotional content
• Add motion graphics, transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and color correction to videos
• Collaborate with the marketing/content team to conceptualize creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and video content
• Handle end-to-end video production: scripting support, shooting guidance (if needed), editing, and final export
• Stay updated with current design trends, video formats, and social media content styles (Reels, Shorts, etc.)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
• Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and raw footage

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, CorelDraw, Illustrator, and Canva (for design)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut (for video editing)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Knowledge of video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Basic motion graphics and animation skills
• Good storytelling and visual communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team

• Experience with shooting/photography basics
• Knowledge of Adobe Audition or basic audio editing
• Familiarity with 2D animation tools
• Basic understanding of social media trends and content strategy

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in graphic design and video editing
• A strong portfolio/demo reel showcasing both design and video work is mandatory
