Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sports Agent Apprenticeship role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The apprentice will support senior agents in scouting and evaluating athletes, assisting with contract preparation, and coordinating meetings with clubs, coaches, and other stakeholders. Daily tasks include maintaining athlete profiles, tracking performance data, and contributing to negotiation strategy and career planning for clients. The role involves managing communication with athletes and their families, providing responsive service, and helping to resolve routine issues. The apprentice will also participate in administrative tasks, event coordination, and relationship-building activities with partners and sports organizations.

Qualifications

• Strong interest and knowledge in Football and broader Sports Management.
• Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Team Leadership or team collaboration experience, with the ability to work closely with agents, coaches, and staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, including occasional evenings or weekends for matches and events.
• Bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Sports Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated passion for athlete development, ethical conduct, and long-term career planning in sports.

Salary range between 7k to 25k in hand
