Hiring | Senior Regional Manager – Institutional Business

We are hiring for a leading Asset Management Company for a senior-level Institutional Business role.

Base Location: Kolkata

Territory: Rest of West Bengal, Bihar, Odisha, Jharkhand & North-East India

Level: Chief Manager / Senior Regional Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive institutional business development across the assigned region.

• Build and manage relationships with Government Institutions, PSUs, Banks, Large Corporates and Institutional Clients .

• Identify and convert new business opportunities and institutional mandates.

• Engage with senior stakeholders including CFOs, Treasury Heads, Finance Heads and key decision-makers .

• Drive AUM and business growth across the territory.

• Develop and leverage a strong regional institutional network.

• Undertake regular travel across the assigned geography for business development and client meetings.

• Monitor market opportunities, competition and regional business potential.

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Experience in Institutional Sales / Institutional Business / Corporate Banking / Government Banking / PSU Banking / Corporate Sales or relevant BFSI functions.

✔️ Strong institutional/corporate relationship network.

✔️ Proven track record of business acquisition and AUM/business growth.

✔️ Exposure to Government/PSU, Banking or Large Corporate relationships will be preferred.

✔️ Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills.

✔️ Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.

✔️ Stable career history with meaningful tenure in current/previous organisations.
