About The Company

We are looking for capable and experienced sales professionals.

Role Overview

The Field Sales Officer will be responsible for developing cattle-feed sales across the assigned territory by building strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers and dairy farmers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales of cattle feed through dealers, distributors and direct farmer contacts within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dairy farmers, cattle owners, retailers and dealers.
• Conduct regular field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the dealer/distributor network.
• Promote awareness and adoption of company products through farmer meetings, product demonstrations and on-ground campaigns.
• Drive sales of the company's cattle-feed portfolio, including pellet feed and newly introduced Mash and Chuni products.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify new markets, customers and potential channel partners.
• Monitor competitor products, pricing, market activity and customer feedback.
• Support the company in strengthening its presence within the assigned territory.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from customers/dealers as required.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customer visits, market feedback and collections.
• Regularly report field activities and sales performance to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• We are looking for candidates who have:
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Prior experience in Cattle Feed, Animal Feed, Veterinary Products or Animal Nutrition will be strongly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with farmers and rural communities.
• Prior field-sales experience will be an advantage.

A two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.0 LPA, depending on experience
• TA/DA: As per company policy
• Employment: Full-time, on-site
• Working Days: 6 days/week
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
